MORRIS PLAINS – This weekend marks the 27th annual Action Against Hunger Food drive. Volunteers will be collecting donations for food pantries outside of 87 grocery stores across Northern New Jersey.

“It’s perfect timing to get our shelves back in line and stocked,” said Sandra Benedict, the Director of Development for the Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County.

Members of the community can simply take items from their carts and drop them in a donation box. You can visit Action Against Hunger’s website for a complete list of drop-off locations.
