Part Time Jr. Accountant Trainee

Duties:

  • Receive and distribute company mail

Jr. Accountant

SUMMARY

Responsible for the day to day accounting activities to manage the accounts payable function. Process journal entries, prepare account analysis and assisting in other accounting areas.

DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience. Strong general ledger, accounts payable and account analysis required. Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with the following skill set.

Receptionist/Office Administrator

The Receptionist makes the first and last impression, and this responsibility should be taken seriously. In addition, this position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Human Resources Department. This includes several key requirements: confidentiality, professionalism, superior attention to detail and tenacious follow up skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct incoming calls utilizing a multi-line switchboard
  • Greet visitors, granting access to the building in accordance with established policies and procedures
