New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo held a news conference Thursday afternoon to provide an update on Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts following Wednesday's nor'easter. Governor Cuomo announced that the Queens-Midtown Tunnel will open once again Friday morning, with minor breaks in the evening hours for light maintenance. Cuomo also updated the number of power outages still occurring throughout the area.
