OYSTER BAY — Residents of the coastal communities on the Island are concerned that the heavy fall of rain and snow will cause more flooding. Hurricane Sandy ravaged the neighborhoods last week submerging hundreds of homes under water and residents prepared themselves for the worst this week as a Nor'easter approached. Despite the warning and the evacuations, the shore waters have not jump their banks.
