FRANKLIN SQUARE — As Long Island prepares for another storm, thousands of residents are still without power. Nearly 150,000 LIPA customers are still suffering from power outages. Some residents are very concerned that the Nor'easter could knock out restored power and leave several Long Islanders in the cold.
