Wednesday's nor'easter storm has led to the mandatory evacuations of 9,000 residents in Middletown, New Jersey. Mayor Tony Fiore said the evacuation was ordered because the township does not have much coastal protection due to Hurricane Sandy's impact on the area. FiOS1 News' Kimberly Wallace reports.
