LONG BEACH — An expected November storm is bringing recovery efforts on Long Island to come to a stop as forecasters predict snow, rain and strong winds. According to media reports, Wednesday's storm has the potential of causing more flooding in areas still recovering from Hurricane Sandy. Residents in the coastal areas are evacuating from their homes to wait out the storm with friends and family.
