Museum, Visitor's Center Flooded
NEW YORK, N.Y. — The World Trade Center Memorial re-opened to the public Tuesday after Hurricane Sandy heavily impacted the site. A portion of the visitor’s center, museum and private entrance room for victims’ family members was damaged by 4 feet of water.
