NEW YORK — The Wednesday will bring heavy winds of up to 55 mph and people need to take precautions, said New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Speaking at a news conference, the mayor outlines the city’s measures to keep people safe, especially those recovering after Hurricane Sandy.
