Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy discusses the status of Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts. The Mayor provided an update on the decrease of outages in Jersey City and praised police and responders for their efforts and residents for their patience. Healy added that the biggest challenge Jersey City is facing is getting back electrical power.
