As the skies clear on the days following Hurricane Sandy and residents return to their homes, the devastation left behind becomes more apparent. Neighborhoods in southern New Jersey are still dealing with fires and gas leaks while residents in the north deal with no electricity and frigid weather. Still, governors Andrew Cuomo of New York and Chris Christie of New Jersey are confident that the road to a complete recovery is certain.
