HEMPSTEAD — Darrell Fuller, the man accused of murdering Nassau police officer Arthur Lopez and Brooklyn resident Raymond Facey was arraigned on two counts of first-degree murder Thursday and was remanded without bail. Another man, Gerald Williams, has also been arrested for allegedly providing Fuller with the gun he used to murder Lopez. Carolyn Fortino reports.
