HEMPSTEAD — The suspect accused of shooting and killing a Nassau police officer and a second man was ordered held without bail at his arraignment on a number of charges, including first-degree murder, on Thursday. Darrell Fuller, 33, is charged in Tuesday's fatal shooting of Officer Arthur Lopez of Babylon and Brooklyn resident Raymond Facey. FiOS1's Carolyn Fortino reports.
