KINGS PARK — After finding out her aunt had been diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago, Carly Fiorentine, 12, took it upon herself to help in the fight against the disease. Fiorentine came up with the idea to collect bottles to raise funds for cancer research. In two years, Fiorentine has collected over 20,000 bottles and raised $1,000 to donate to the cause.
