WYANDANCH — A Wyandanch grandmother was charged with drunken driving and child endangerment after police said she was driving drunk with her two grandchildren in the car. Authorities said when they pulled over 64-year-old Mary Kimbrough in Commack, her car was missing a tire and her grandchildren, ages 9 and 11, were crying and calling for help on a cell phone.
