HEMPSTEAD — Town officials and members of the community gathered on the Denton Green to honor Long Island residents who lost their lives in the September 11 attacks. The ceremony encouraged residents to try and heal the wounds of 9/11 by stepping forward and doing something good. FiOS1's Carolyn Fortino reports.
