NEW YORK — A federal government ruling is expected on Monday to announce that 50 types of cancers will be added to the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health is expected to issue the ruling, which will help those who developed cancers as a result of their rescue efforts at ground zero.
