Verizon has announced its title sponsorship of the Oyster Festival. The free, two-day event in Oyster Bay is the East Coast's largest waterfront festival.

"At the end of the day... every dollar goes to supporting the non-profit institutions that benefit the residents in this beautiful town," Verizon spokesperson Patrick Lespinasse says. Verizon is the parent company of FiOS1 News.
