From May to December of 2010, the search for a missing New Jersey prostitute turned up four more bodies along the Ocean Parkway and officials feared a serial killer was on the loose. But with the snowy winter ahead, the search for Shannan Gilbert and possibly other victims came to a halt. As the spring approached, officials resumed the search only this time they would bring cadaver dogs and divers to comb the many miles of beach. A month into the search four more bodies were discovered.
