BELLMORE — As more adults look to eat healthier foods and lead healthier lifestyles, the market for organic and healthy options has opened across Long Island. FiOS1’s Jessica Fragoso spoke with Denise Mari, the founder of the vegan grocery store Organic Avenue and with Jaclyn Messina, the Executive Baker at Bare Naked Bakery, about the change in the culture of what Americans are eating.
