President Rick Drumm says that it is passion and the love of music that has kept this leading instrument accessories business successful. His father was a professional trumpet player, so it was no surprise that Drumm would lead a long career as a performer. He traveled the country with his drum set by his side, but after having learned the business behind the stage, he joined D'Addario & Co. CEO Jim D'Addario's family business in 2006.
