WEST HEMPSTEAD — Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for the deadly beating of a 39-year-old victim. According to police, 30-year-old Bruny Fenelon attacked the man on Wednesday night following an argument in the back parking lot of National Wholesale Liquidators on Hempstead Turnpike. Fenelon is charged with second-degree murder.
