SAYVILLE — The Cull House quickly became a popular eatery after owner John Casey moved the business from Blue Point to Sayville in 1982. Since then, Casey has been serving fresh tasty seafood at a great value. The restaurant chooses the best local products — like flounders, mussels, lobsters, scallops and shrimp — and serves them with a good wine list. Casey's ultimate goal was to provide full-line seafood dishes that stand out from the pack, and he delivered.
