A mother and daughter accused in an alleged murder-for-hire plot entered not guilty pleas on Thursday. Mary and Ann Miller, the mother and sister of Daniel Miller, are charged with helping him in his criminal case. The mother is accused of using her position as a secretary at a Cedarhurst high school to steal the file of a student who police said Miller drugged. According to authorities, Ann Miller then handed that file to her brother Daniel.

Daniel Miller is charged with drugging the teenager and then plotting his death to prevent the teen from testifying against him.
