Florin Ilea Allegedly Caught With Card Skimming Device

Nassau County police arrested a Queens man for credit card fraud. According to authorities, 34-year-old Florin Ilea was caught removing an electronic card-skimming device from an ATM at a Franklin Square Astoria Federal Savings Bank. Police added Ilea had two fake American Express gift cards with information stolen from the Bank of America.

Florin is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and unlawful possession of a skimmer device.
