Police have identified the driver who they said was killed Sunday in a Long Island Expressway wrong-way car collision. Authorities said 23-year-old Flanders resident Gustavo Palma crashed his Honda head on into a Mercedes driven by 49-year-old Joe DeGuardia. Palma was declared dead at the scene, said police.
