Plans are in the works to add bike facilities at two Nassau County parks. Executive Edward Mangano is proposing that bicycle rental concessions be set up at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford and at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow. Officials said the county is asking for plans from businesses or individuals interested in managing the rental stations.
