UNIONDALE — Long Island real estate developers are reluctant to take on the proposed new Nassau Coliseum project and it’s because New York Islanders owner Charles Wang has still not committed to keeping the team in the current arena beyond 2015, according to reports. Local developers also cited the troubled economy, zoning restrictions and the lack of public funding as other factors holding them back. FiOS1’s Hanan Kamal reports.
