The Westbury man accused of driving drunk when he crashed his car into a Brentwood 7-Eleven convenience store on July 20 faced a judge Tuesday. Officials said Jose Escobar's pregnant girlfriend and 10-month old daughter were seriously hurt in the crash. Escobar is charged with DWI and child endangerment.
