Officials Announce Effort to Stop West Nile Virus From Spreading
NASSAU COUNTY — Nassau officials announced Tuesday that some parts of the county will be sprayed for mosquitoes in an effort to stop the West Nile virus from spreading. If the weather permits, ground treatment is scheduled for Wednesday July 18, Thursday July 19 and Monday July 23 starting at 7 p.m. and ending no later than 2 a.m., officials said.
