Officials said the East Hills man convicted of manslaughter for a fatal 2002 drag racing crash pled not guilty on Friday to driving while intoxicated and other traffic charges. Kyle Soukup, 27, was arraigned in Suffolk County Court in Riverside after police said he drove while drunk on Friday July 6. According to officials, Soukop was already on probation for a previous DWI offense.
