OYSTER BAY — Nassau police and the FBI hope to bring the yacht that capsized in Cold Spring Harbor to the surface Wednesday. Investigators said murky conditions near the boat, which is under 60 feet of water, made it difficult for divers to complete the operation on Tuesday. Police said the process of removing the yacht must be done carefully so they don't tamper with any evidence.
