James O’Donnell, 47, of Centereach, will be arraigned in Suffolk County Court Tuesday in connection with a fatal crash in May. Police say O’Donnell was driving impaired in May when he struck a car on a Long Island Expressway service road. The driver of that car, Kristen Iacono, 26, died of her injuries the day after the crash.
