Ainsworth Evans, 26, Was Working to Become a Police Officer
UNIONDALE — A vigil was held Monday evening for Ainsworth Evans, 26, who was shot and killed in broad daylight in front of his home on Ditmus Avenue Saturday afternoon. Evans aspired to become a police officer and was working in real estate while earning college credits in criminal justice. Nassau County police are hoping the public can help them solve the case and are asking anyone with any information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
