HUNTINGTON STATION — Hundreds paid their respects to 11-year-old Harlie Treanor and and 7-year-old Victoria Gaines at wakes on Sunday. They were two of three children who drowned on the Fourth of July after the boat they were on capsized. David Aurelino, 12, was the other victim of the accident.

FiOS1’s Hanan Kamal spoke with some of the people who attended the wake about the impact the tragedy has had on the community. Funeral services for Treanor will take place Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m.
