Suffolk Officials Also Warn Against Drinking and Driving
YAPHANK — Suffolk County officials discussed the importance of staying safe this Fourth of July at an event organized at the Suffolk County Fire Academy on Monday. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone and fire safety instructors urged residents to enjoy legal fireworks displays this week and observe common safety measures at public displays. Officials also warned residents about the dangers of driving or boating under the influence.
