RIVERHEAD — Authorities say Charlotte DePersia, 59, of East Hampton violated her probation terms when she drank wine at a restaurant in March. DePersia was wearing an alcohol detection monitor on her ankle after being convicted of driving while intoxicated.

DePersia has been arrested three times in the last nine years for driving under the influence.
