EAST MEADOW — More than 300 veterans were honored at the Veteran's Plaza at Eisenhower Park on Sunday. Officials unveiled 240 new names that had been etched into the Walls of Honor. The Walls of Honor feature roughly 8,000 names of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country, and others who served and returned home.
