BABYLON — Even though it's new to Babylon, Kilwins traces its roots back to 1947. Owner John Murray hadn't seen a shop like Kilwins on the island, so he decided to bring the franchise to the area. The shop sells various handmade desserts like succulent chocolates, yummy ice cream and homemade fudge. Murray talks about crafting their products and the philosophy behind dipping almost anything in chocolate or caramel.
