RIVERHEAD — David Bradley, 39, will be arraigned on a grand jury indictment after being arrested for impersonating a police officer on June 11. Officials say Bradley stopped a teenager during a traffic dispute and held the victim at his home. Authorities say he also tried to pass himself off as a police officer during a second incident in May.
