Stephen Houseman, 20, of Massapequa, has been charged with careless driving causing death and injury following a fatal car accident last week in New Zealand. Houseman was driving when the vehicle veered off the road and flipped over, killing three of his Boston University classmates. Police do not think alcohol or drugs were a factor.
