OYSTER BAY — An Oyster Bay teenager is one of seven young artists nationwide stepping up the fight against domestic violence. Charlie Dane, a 13-year-old acoustic guitarist, was inspired to write the song "Prisoner" after hearing about the topic through the PAVE the Way Project sponsored by Verizon.
