The suspect accused of shooting seven NYPD officers, injuring four that include two from Long Island, has been charged with attempted murder. According to prosecutors, Nakwon Foxworth open fire on the officers at his Brooklyn apartment early in April. Foxworth entered a not guilty plea to the charges, officials said. If convicted, Foxworth faces a maximum of 40 years to life behind bars.
