Join us for the South Oaks Hospital & Broadlawn Manor for the Sixth Annual Golf Classic honoring James C. Herrmann, President, JCH Insurance Brokers, Inc. All golfers receive deluxe brunch, snacks and drinks on course, cocktail hour and a deluxe dinner buffet. The event is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tickets and sponsorships can be made online or by mail/fax with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or check made payable to the Long Island Home Foundation. The registration deadline is June 10.
A receipt will be mailed to you. Your contribution is tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Annual golf outing to benefit the Association for Children with Down Syndrome (ACDS) in Plainview, NY. Enjoy a day on the links for a great cause, includes brunch, 18 holes of golf, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner, raffles and more.
